Welcome to the Hawk’s Membership page. Your donation to the club will go towards ground permits, our club’s USAFL membership dues, travel expenses, team functions, uniforms, equipment, and umpires, among other unforeseen costs. Everything goes right back into improving the club and providing the best experience possible for everyone, so we appreciate all of your contributions!!
Every player looking to play in Hawks games this year, including USAFL matches, club metros, and trainings, must sign this player waiver. From this page, after signing, you will be returned here, to complete your player registration purchase below. You may also sign this form in person prior to the event.

Get ’em started on the road to being a Hawk! Includes a t-shirt, and all youth are welcome to come practice and learn skills with the team!
